Prehistoric Farm Rod and Bait Budget Calculator

Last updated 2026-10-13

The basic fishing rod is narrated at 150 in-game money in ItzVexo’s October 6 guide. Bait is required, but that narration does not give its price. Enter the actual bait unit price and quantity to calculate your complete starter subtotal, shortfall and remaining balance in the matching money unit.

Choose whether a rod purchase is still needed

If you already own the rod you intend to use, check the owned-rod box. The calculator then excludes the 150 repeat purchase. Otherwise that source-scoped basic-rod price is included. This is a budget for the recorded basic offer, not a claim that every rod has the same price, a special Luck bonus or a current shop-wide ranking.

Bait cost is quantity times the price you enter for one unit. For example, ten bait at an entered price of five gives fifty in-game money. Adding the recorded rod yields a 200 subtotal. A balance of 120 leaves eighty missing. With the rod already owned, the same bait plan costs fifty and leaves seventy after purchase. The example bait price of five illustrates your input; it is not a sourced game price preset.

A missing bait price is not a free bait price

When quantity is positive and the unit price is blank, the tool gives the known rod subtotal and asks for the missing price. It does not present a complete final budget. A deliberate quantity of zero means there is no bait purchase in this particular plan; that choice does not remove bait’s requirement for actually fishing. Recheck your stock before choosing that option.

The spoken source does not independently establish the currency label on the price panel. The form therefore says matching in-game money instead of converting it to Robux. Choose the matching-unit option only when your balance and bait offer use that same unit. Selecting Robux displays the mismatch rather than adding the quantities or inventing an exchange rate.

For Clara’s first objective, the October 12 guide recommends Good Casts for Rare Pufferfish, distinguishes them from Weak Casts, and says Perfect Casts favor higher rarities. That can guide the next operation, but it is not a fish-sale price or measured cast success rate for this budget. Shoes and bottles also do not count toward Kai’s fifty actual fish. Use this tool to fund your supplies, then track the correct registered quest catches separately.
