Prehistoric Farm Pacific and Titanium Time Comparison
AdvancedLast updated 2026-10-13
Pacific is listed at 350,000 Coins with 1.60 Fossil Luck, 1.45 Coins per dig and 1.2-times digging speed relative to Titanium. At that constant relative speed, the same work taking thirty seconds with Titanium would take twenty-five seconds with Pacific, a 16.67% reduction in time.
Compare the quantities that have a stated baseline
The October 12 Pacific guide provides the three stat labels and specifically compares digging speed with Titanium. The time model therefore divides your entered Titanium time by 1.2. Saving equals the original time minus that result. With sixty seconds of comparable Titanium work, the conditional Pacific result is fifty seconds and ten saved. With twelve seconds, it is ten and two saved.
This assumes the same work and a constant relative speed, without extra travel, interrupted digging or different access conditions. A 1.2 speed factor means twenty percent more work per unit of time in that narrow model; the corresponding time reduction is one minus one divided by 1.2, about 16.67%. Those are different ways of expressing the same comparison, not competing percentages.
Plan the purchase as well as the speed
Enter your current Coins to see the shortfall against the 350,000 purchase price. At 290,945, the cash difference is 59,055. That subtraction is a personal budget example, not a new shovel price taken from a screenshot balance. To obtain Pacific, the source route also involves Kai’s Panthalassa access, Yara’s two hand-ins, level thirty and Titanium. Three unhatched Sea Eggs and one Nessie Fragment do not disappear because the cash is ready.
The guide describes access to the islands except Late Cretaceous and calls Pacific second-best below Forgotten. Forgotten remains a useful higher-ranked reference, but this material does not supply a full Forgotten price or comparable numerical stat table. It cannot support an invented payback time or a numerical ranking of every shovel. Use the actual equipment path when your goal is access rather than simply faster identical work.
Fossil Luck 1.60 does not establish an exact drop chance for a named fossil. Likewise, multiplying 1.45 Coins per dig by 1.2 speed does not establish a 1.74 income ratio against Titanium without a common Coin baseline and the relevant conditions. Keep the listed reference stats visible, use the supported time transformation for comparable work, and enter your actual income separately when planning a cash budget.
