The full Pacific route guide specifies Level 30+ and Titanium; it does not independently resolve a different Kai-only level requirement. Clara’s stated entry requirement is Level 20+ with Silver or better. Keep these route conditions with the appropriate sequence and do not hatch hand-in eggs before delivering them. Track the next quest action.
Accept Kai’s quest and follow its pointer to a Mosasaurus Skull on Cretaceous Island, then return. Catch 50 actual fish; shoes and bottles do not count. Collect 12 Dunkleosteus Shards, exchange that batch for 3 eggs and give the eggs to Kai without hatching them.

The Pacific route guide specifies Level 30+ and a Titanium Shovel for the complete route. It does not separately establish a different level gate for Kai alone.
The 11 October creator route travels to Devonian, approaches the newer location on the left near the front, talks to Dr. Ivy about remains and accepts the quest before fishing. The auto-caption’s location wording is not a typed, settled island name. The creator reads roughly one cast in 100 for a raptor remain and reports about 140 attempts without one; this is not a guaranteed hundredth-cast reward.
This fishing quest is distinct from Dr. Ivy’s Home Island fossil-to-egg exchange. The UPDATE1 reward’s Raptor X Remnant does not by itself establish a quest bypass or key recipe. Use the recorded accept-and-fish route and its conditional probability model for the known steps and attempt comparison.
