How to get Pteranodon

Clara’s Sky Egg quest at Sky Spires.

Using Pteranodon

Pteranodon is one of the five flying pets named in the 12 October guide. Its species-named egg comes from Clara’s repeatable Sky Spires quest, then the creature must grow to Adult before Partner and Summon.

Practical questions

Does receiving the egg immediately let me fly?: The route raises the creature to Adult, uses the + button on the right to Partner and then Summon. Egg award and adult riding are different results.
Is its exact speed or award probability listed?: The guide names Pteranodon, says flying pets can carry one friend and participate in Sky Races, but gives no numeric airspeed or award chance for this species. Quetzalcoatlus has the separately reported 5% award chance.

Where to find Pteranodon: location, map route and unlock requirements

Pteranodon comes from its named egg awarded by Clara at Sky Spires. The Level 20+/Silver route repeats 20 Pufferfish → return → 70 Triassic Rocks → return → 10,000 Coins. Raise to Adult, then use the right-side + button to Partner and Summon.

Is Pteranodon worth it? Best use and tier comparison

The guide names Pteranodon as a flying pet but gives no species-specific award probability or numeric airspeed. For island travel, an Adult flying partner is the stated role and can take one friend. Exact boarding controls, race entry/payout and creature income are missing, so the named role is useful without a fabricated whole-roster tier.
